Every client who works with me starts with the same question:

Before we talk about sets and reps, we build the base.

Personalized training designed for your body, your goals, and your available equipment. No templates.

Phase 1: Foundation

We start by assessing where you are across all five fundamentals.

You'll complete a Metabolic Assessment and we'll have an honest conversation about your goals, your constraints, and what's actually going on in your daily life.

Then we build:

- a personalized nutrition guide,

- a training program designed for you, and

- weekly lessons that introduce one habit at a time — not all at once.

Phase 2: Build

Once the foundation is solid, we build on it.

Your training progresses.

Your nutrition evolves.

Habits that felt new start to feel automatic.

This is where clients start noticing real change:

- better sleep,

- more energy,

- less pain,

- clothes fitting differently.

We check in weekly and adjust as you go.

Phase 3: Own It

By this phase, you're not relying on me to tell you what to do — you're making decisions from a place of understanding.

The Foundational 5 are part of your life, not a program you're "on."

This is where ownership happens.

And for most clients, this is where coaching becomes something they want to continue long-term — not because they need to, but because it keeps working.

The Your Potential Program runs for a minimum of 13 weeks

that's the time it takes to build habits that last.

After completing the program, you'll have the option to continue

with a flexible long-term coaching plan starting at $149/month.
