I know what it feels like to juggle a demanding career, a family, and your health — because I've done it for 30 years.
I spent nearly three decades at a Fortune 500 company, eight of those years traveling every week. I owned side businesses. I cared for an aging parent. And through all of it, I kept my health a priority — not because I had more time than anyone else, but because I built systems that worked inside a life that was already full.
That's not a humble brag. That's the foundation of how I coach.

I've been in fitness and coaching for nearly 20 years.
I co-founded two CrossFit gyms.
I've trained athletes, busy parents, military service members, and professionals who thought they were too far gone to start.
I've seen what works and what doesn't.
Here's what I've learned:
Motivation doesn't last.
Systems do.
That's why I coach the way I do.
I don't give you a program and wish you luck.
I help you build the habits, the awareness, and
the structure to take ownership of your health — for good.
I coach the whole person.
Not just workouts. Sleep, gratitude, nourishment, hydration, and movement are all part of the process — the Foundational 5.
I meet you where you are.
Your plan is built around your life, your constraints, and your starting point — not some ideal version of your schedule.
I believe in ownership, not dependence.
My job isn't to carry you. It's to help you build the systems that make you self-sufficient.
I keep it real.
I'll push your boundaries when you need it and pull back when life gets heavy. Coaching should challenge you without overwhelming you.

I currently serve as COO of Mount Madonna Meditation & Retreat Center, merging wellness with mindfulness in my daily work.
When I'm not coaching, you'll find me lifting weights, testing new recipes, or exploring the outdoors with my lovely wife and beloved french bulldog
