These are the five areas that determine everything else - you energy, your pain levels, your weight, your sleep quality, your mood.

We don't start with a workout template. We start with understanding where you actually stand in each of these five areas. Then we build a plan that fits your real life - not a life you don't have.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a gym or special equipment?

No. I design programs around what you have access to. Some of my best client results have come from bodyweight and basic home equipment. We'll work with your reality, not against it.

What if I just want the workouts - can I skip the lifestyle and nutrition piece?

I get asked this a lot. Here's what I've seen after years of coaching: training alone doesn't fix the problem if sleep, nutrition, and daily habits aren't addressed. That's why the Your Potential Program starts with the full picture. Once we've built that foundation, there's a long-term option that focuses more on training. The best way to find out what makes sense for you is to take the Foundational 5 Assessment and we'll talk about it.

Is there a minimum commitment?

The Your Potential Program is designed to run for 13 weeks - that's the time it takes to build habits that actually stick. After that, most clients move into a flexible long-term coaching plan. We'll talk through all of this on your review call.

Do you do live training sessions?

Workouts are delivered through the CoachRx app - you train on your schedule, log your results, and I review everything. We connect via video for your monthly one-on-one check-ins. Between sessions, you have direct access to me through the app anytime.
